What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Shipping is free for orders over R500

Our standard shipping rate is R80

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer EFT / Credit card payments and Direct eft payments.

How long will delivery take?

We try our best to get you your parcel as soon as possible.

Orders Generally take between 24/48 hours. If you are in an outlying area delivery may take up to 3 working dates.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We have a great privacy policy which you can read up on. We can assure you all of your information is safe.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will get notified through the whole process.

  1. Your order will be received by our online department.
  2. They will pack your order and order the courier to collect.
  3. Once the courier has collected they will send you a tracking number and where to track your parcel.
  4. The courier will then deliver to your door and we will notify you that the order has been delivered completely.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes straight after you process your order you will receive a confirmation and an invoice.
